系统是2019，新的，装好补丁，装好宝塔
跟着官方“officeonly服务部署”走，第1步没问题（也就安装相关软件，所以没问题），第2步问题就来了，在双击“安装.cmd”后，跳着跳着就出现这句话：
“Running pre-create checks...
Error with pre-create check: "This computer doesn't have VT-X/AMD-v enabled. Enabling it in the BIOS is mandatory"
You can further specify your shell with either 'cmd' or 'powershell' with the --shell flag.”
请问怎么解决呢？
